Not glimpsed in the Booth since bringing us the reader-approved Mean back in August, Rain returns to our pages with another freshly-leaked joint off his forthcoming street album. On Kick It Over Here, the N.C. spitter and freestyle alum comes together with Madison’s DJ Pain1 (who released his last mixtape, The Waiting Game, via The DJBooth) to craft a street-ready instrumental backdrop for his hard-hitting bars. The beat is Aiiight and Rain's flow is Aiiiight too. Nothing really stands out here, but its acceptable music for my ears.
