Whether R. Kelly is using honey, Ginuwine is at a pony stable, or 50 Cent is playing at the amusement park, Hip Hop and R&B are synonymous with using metaphors to describe the art of lovemaking. Trying his hand at metaphorical success is recent Grammy-nominated singer, Raheem DeVaughn, who compares his ‘services’ to a fast food restaurant and his woman to a Customer. Using Burger King’s “Have It Your Way” slogan, Raheem offers ”super-sized with some lovin’ on the side,” and satisfaction always guaranteed. Raheem’s sophomore album, Love Behind the Melody, is set for release on January 15th.
This is smooth, but I don't think its enough to make a dent in todays already crowded male single singer market. Maybe he can make it in the 30+ crowd easier...but I don't think they are the one's buying albums now-a-days...i could be wrong tho. Anyway, I like the beat, but it is forgettable.
why do I say this you say?
this goes to show fellas sometimes you can show up at the club and just dress like you have game!
the females will still give you play lol!
caution ladies yall maybe sorry after you do!
RAHEEM IS UNDER APPRECIATED TOO MUCH AND ITS A BAD THANG CUZ WE NEED REAL ARTISTS WHO MAKE REAL SONGS WITH GOOD LYRICS, BEST OF GOOD LUCK GOES TO HIM!!!!
PIC IS KINDA GAY BUT THIS IS MY SHIT I HEAR IT ALL THA TIME ON THIS UNDERGROUND STATION THAT COME WIT MY DIGITAL CABLE I HEAR THIS JOINT ATLEAST 2 X BEFORE I DRIFT OFF INTO MY SLUMBER...
I love Raheem and have met him on several occasions and he's cool. I started listening to his music after seeing him perform live he's so much better in person. Anyway I am a true fan and I must say I hate this song I know that he wants to sell millions but in the process he sold his soul(my soul aint for soul) a song that was supposed to be on this album but didn't make it. This brutha makes good music but you won't get to hear it on this C.D. His first album is a classic as well as his underground music. Don't give up on him check him out live trust me it will be worth your money
to be honest its iight. big in toronto on the radio and tv all the time but he reminds me to much of ne-yo not his voice just the way he sings the song and the song its self it ne yo ish like. i cant lie its friggin awsome and cute but i unno.
