Sex in the kitchen, sex in a zoo, sex in a closet, it’s no secret that R. Kelly loves him some sex, and the seemingly inevitable outcome of all that freakiness is the new track Pregnant. Now I stopped being shocked by anything that comes out of Kelly’s mouth a long time ago, but even for Kells Pregnant is lyrically remarkable, with the godfather of Chicago cutting to the chase within the first five seconds: “Girl I want to get you pregnant…knock you up!” That pretty much covers it right there. Joining Kelly on this musical impregnation journey are Tyrese (where’s he been?), Robin Thicke (whose breathy vocals are reminiscent of his work on Lost Without U) and The-Dream (who actually got Christina Milian pregnant), who all take turns crooning over the appropriately soft Beris Bolton, DeWayne Swan and R. Kelly production. The subject matter’s sure to turn heads, but in typical R. Kelly fashion the track’s also musically pretty damn good. Pregnant is off Kelly’s upcoming album Untitled, due out December 1.

wow... WOW! this is the r kelly we've all been waiting for i missed this. Everyone did their thing but tyrese caught me off guard he still got it. R.kelly needs to keep coming out with work like this and ignore the radio. Only worry is that he might be liable for a lot of teen pregnancies haha

4 for Tyrese. 2 for Thicke. 5 for Dream. I'll give it a four. The production is excellent. If Thicke was substituted for a more credible artist (Usher?), I'd give this a classic rating. |

@that1kid13 I'm going to pretend like you didn't just compare Baby By Me and Pregnant. True they're both about babies, but in terms of quality they're not even close. That's like saying Kobe and Kwame Brown are wack because they both play basketball.
This is an absolute burner, Kelly's a genius...an insane genius, but a genius none the less. By the way, totally underrated part of this song is when Kelly starting singing "Girl I'm gonna baby sit it" at the end. Ha! How the f**k does he think of this stuff?

this is a very left of centre R&B track, even for kellz. the production is basic, though suits the overall feel of the track. All sounded pretty good, though Dream & Kellz were the standouts
