If it hasn’t rained on you yet today then you must be living where it snows, according to the weather report. Yep, pretty much a gloomy day for everyone except Psalm One, who now has a song premiere and an official music video release up on DJBooth (there’s always a silver lining somewhere). Juke Me, the Chicago emcee’s first solo Booth feature, is a mixture between talk-rap and dupstep club anthem. The production from Maker gives the song a boost with the some otherworldly distortions and a heavy hitting bass. If this one is any indication, Psalm One is on track for finding quite an interesting niche in the hip-hop industry. The lead single from her 15-track road trip will get you on the Juke Movement, but the rest of her Get In The Van Vol. 3 (coming soon) will be a journey in itself.
