Before his second solo effort is released to the suburbs, Prodigy is setting the streets on fire with his mixtape Return of the Mac. Recruiting the much sought after Alchemist for production, Prodigy paints a picture of plotting to pull triggers and pop dudes round his way on the aptly named Mac 10 Handle. This half of the infamous Mobb Deep keeps with his rhymes of gangsta intent while masking the true intensity of the matter under his calm, almost tranquil flow. With a funky baseline and a memorable hook Prodigy gains our attention as he goes back to what he usually does, “… scheming on you niggas.”
