“You fakin’ it/I’m livin’ it…” is Prodigy‘s message to Hollywood emcees and Rick Ross-type street dudes with no credibility. The currently-imprisoned, Queens-bred storyteller may be behind metal bars, but that hasn’t stopped him from linking up with Un Pacino to Shed Thy Blood. Produced by Jake One, this grungy single is straight from the H.N.I.C.’s latest effort, Product of the 80’s, due out this October. The war is still on as one of the illest to come out of New York spits a crack cocaine flow. With guest appearances from Big Twins, P adds fuel to the fire with his against-the-grain gripes with Barack Obama and the rest of the “plastic Presidents.” Hopefully, a former one not named Hussein (Jay-Z), doesn’t find a way to “Joe Budden” his next album, because the folks at DJBooth still hold it down for the Mobb.
Prodigy! Why you still talkin bout the same stuff you was talkin bout in 95? How many men must you kill? We know you can do better! Nas grew outta that murder @*#$!, everyone grows at some point, but you still killin mf! Come on man, is that it?

not real big on the chorus (if u can call it that), but Prodigy goes pretty good on this, beats hot and probably outshines Prodigy in my eyes, 7/10 (the rating really need to be out of 10 lol)
Ive met un pacino, and i luv him....sikk song...
expecting product of the 80's to better than hnic 2...because ive listened to snippets..and the beats r much more MOBB DEEP-ESQUE LOL..AND HIS FLOW HAD DEFINATELY IMPROVED...
HOW DID THIS SONG GET IN UNDERGROUND HIP HOP???!!!!....PRODIGY IS PROPER MAINSTREAM HIP HOP, NOT JUST UNDERGROUND...COME ON DJ BOOTH GET YOUR FACT RIGHT!!
Nad01- read the qualifications for our Underground chart. Just because Prodigy is/was a mainstream rapper, doesn't mean this particular release isn't considered underground.
let a lot hot new school to so some it can both old school and new rap songs and that is the best thing about having a web site and I thank U should have ice cube song better days on the site.
