Growing up in the L.A. suburb of Rosemead, sisters Jessica and Janelle Martinez were first discovered while doing choreography for R&B singer and friend, Nikki Flores. Soon thereafter, the duo signed with Geffen Records under the name Prima J. On their new single, the Mexican-American act is holding a corazon a corazon conversation. Lending their ears to a female who recently parted ways with an unfaithful ex-boyfriend, the sisters assure her that “you’re not alone.” Written by their discoverer, Stefanie Ridel, Corazon (You’re Not Alone) is already getting airplay on major Latino outlets across the country.
