Fresh off a promotional stop in Chicago, rapper Plies has dropped his “official” second single, Please Excuse My Hands. Transitioning perfectly from his current single, the chart-heavy Bust It Baby (Pt. 2), the Fort Myers native admits that his brain and his hands don’t always seem to be on the same page. With a full understanding of his situation, singer/songwriters Jamie Foxx and The-Dream assist with My Hands; the two lend their smooth vocals on the hook and middle verse respectively. Though his image includes a ski mask and “Goon” necklace, Plies’ radio-ready music is anything but thuggish. The MC will drop his sophomore set, Definition of Real, on June 10.

I'm impresed with Plies last two songs. They have been bedroom-friendly. He has a different agenda on this upcoming album. Jamie Foxx has been missing from the music scene for a hot minute. It's great to have him back. Song is all Jamie and beat.

Jamie Foxx has always been one of my IDOLS!, His vocals are just so soulful and peaceful, It's impossible not to like his music, Just amazing, The Dream has NO chance of jumpin out on a song if Jamie is on it!, Plies does his thing, not alot of people like him down here in the 423 TN, i dont see y though, overall pretty good song.

I'm with FredRico on this Chorus Jamie killed it. Plies is alright. I like The-Dream but when is he gonna get some bass in his voice. His part was alright as well. I'm a need Jamie to drop another album A.S.A.P. though. 3 stars just cuz Jamie on the chorus~(**)~

I don't know about Plies...How can a rapper be respected when he gets outshined on every one of his singles by whoever is the guest feature (T-Pain, Akon, Ne-Yo, The Dream, Jamie Foxx)??? I need to hear a solid single from Plies and ONLY Plies. But I have to admit he has good radio friendly music and this is no different.

It's a pretty song, but not as good as Bust It Baby...it's natural for me to compare this with the previous single! like FredRico it was the song who made me really appreciate Plies (even thought I also liked Shawty)and it's still one of my favourites in the hip hop scene! I probably need to listen to this more times, I have to understand it, it's not so immediate...it's in rotation but it could get more from me
