Though Pleasure P‘s debut album, The Introduction of Marcus Cooper (due out June 9), is composed primarily of slow jams, the singer hasn’t completely abandoned the party-driven sound that made his former group, Pretty Ricky, popular.  Case in point: the official remix to his #1 urban radio hit, Boyfriend #2.  Though his vocals are unchanged, Pleasure’s called in a couple connects to help the record earn spins in strictly-uptempo spots.  As Pleasure’s Atlantic labelmate (and Shone collaborator), Flo Rida, shows exactly why he’s the club-hop king, The Council flips Rico Love and EHood‘s original tune into something you can’t help but get up and move to!  This remix is the perfect candidate for club rotation, and if any fellas are lucky enough to pick a lady up while they’re out, they can pop in The Introduction of Marcus Cooper once they arrive home.

I know a lot of people hate on Flo Rida, but I got nothing but love for him. You can't deny that everything he touches turns into a club hit. Were Pleasure P's vocals turned down in volume, though? The drums kind of distracted me from his vocals. Rotation.

Yea, his vocals sound a little soft over this production, which I feel is a HUGE step down from the original. The vibe that made the original so great is what's missin here, and I dont like the new vibe. I don't mind FloRida on here, his flows are cool. I just don't like this track put to an uptempo beat to make it more club, doesn't work for me. I meant to give it a 2, but the rating won't change. Oh well...

Juanito, refresh your browser. You can leave your rating now.

OK, now for the rating-A lot of clubs will only play uptempo hits. That said, this remix serves its purpose to give Pleasure P extra exposure-look for it to get spun in a lot of these spots! (On a side note, big up to the big homie Rico Love for writing this song and giving his beat for the original-the Mil is proud, as is the Ray-yup, the whole SEWI's proud of ya man!)

Whether it was or wasn't as hot as Luda's version, I won't compare. Every song deserves fair judgement, and for that I like this a lot. Flo Rida came on as a great contribution.

It took several listens, but I have determined that I like this version MUCH better (its the DJ in me that knows this record can finally get into a mix). Flo Rida, although the obvious and convenient choice, is actually the perfect accompaniment to the upbeat club production from The Council.

This is a different spin to the original. Mad play in the clubs with this one but I still prefer the original. In rotation

Unlike Dream's Falsetto(Club Remix) i aint feelin dis dat much, so i still prefer the OG ...
This was written to be slow track so it has kinda lost its "touch" ...
If the lyrics were changed slightly or sped up to match the beat it could have been a lot better! ... But im quite positive dat The Remix will get people moving in the club ... Nuthin wrong with the feat. tho ...

i dont really like this song transformed into a club jam. it sounds weird. Flo's part sounds like it naturally belongs w/the song. P's part sounds out of place.

This is alil better than the first one. However I still hate that hook. TWOOOOOOOOO! annoyin as a mf. However the uptempo beat and Flo's verse fit well to@ether. So this is better than terrible.

Flo Rida has the golden touch when it comes to these club bangers. This track might get some attention down under (anything that involves Flo Rida does), so his addition was smart move by P.

I personally prefer the original, but this is still decent
