Seven months ago (in October of ‘08), Dolla and Tity Boi of Playaz Circle released the first single off sophomore album Flight 360: The Takeoff:, parlaying their Stupid swag into an eventual Dirty South hit. Since Booth-heads are typically unimpressed by OJ Da Juiceman features, we passed on featuring the original; the official remix, however, features a couple Dirty Southerners our audience may be more willing to give a chance. Fellow ATL Def Jam artist Young Jeezy clearly catches the duo’s drift, and Weezy once again picks up that stupid (according to hip-hop purists) Autotune for a guest verse. Flight 360: The Takeoff touches down this summer—in the meantime, stay tuned to the Booth for the official follow-up single, Hold Up, and a potential addition to our forever-running freestyle series.

I kind of dug this. I would put it right in the middle of their efforts, not the best but not the worst.
One thing I consistently enjoy from PC is that they both have some ice cold flows over these beats! I can definitely chop it up. Jeezy and Weezy were pretty equal here, and they both said 'stupid' wayyyy too many times LOL. |

To be honest, I passed on the original. I didn't even bother listening to it. No comparisons comin from me, I'm just gonna rate how I hear it.
The production had some energy and I thought Playaz Circle was pretty good on here. Jeezy had a good flow and Wayne was decent, but I really didn't feel he was necessary. I'm getting pretty tired of him. Overall, I liked it though. |

I couldn't stand the original version (nothing against PC or Herc), but this is doable for obvious reasons. Both Jeezy and Wayne do their thing and this is trap music at its core.
Wait for "Hold Up," the best of their latest work...

I actually found the original to be a banger. The beat knocks and chorus is catchy enough for radio success.
The remix, however, adds onto the solid foundation and creates a crazy track. I'm loving this. |

Its a good track, though I cant see these guys ever being able to match the heights of 'Duffle Bag Boy'. The production is decent, though I hate the hook & none really come with any heat in their lyrics. 2.5
I cant see this being the track these guys need to get the album released |

Just like @GStan10, I never really bothered to listen to the original, but the remix is a good look ... The guests create a very nice addition to the joint each guest has at least a decent verse to contribute .... but DAMN! they really like to remind the listener of what the track was called again ...

Its cool. coulda did without weezy. I like the original version better. They need hits that dont feature anyone ESPECIALLY Wayne. Duffle bag boy, Big Dog and now this. ENuff with the Wayne Features....I don care how cool yall are

No!! I heard the word "stupid" waayyy to many times!!! And why is PC doing autotune now? Whats the world coming to lol.
Anyways weezy was the one that caught my attention. None of the others (jeezy was alright), Weezy was the lyricsm here. I haven't been impressed by these guys since Dufflebag Boy, still I can't hold my anti-trap-music-bias in check so I won't rate. |

Playaz circle really hasnt impressed me since Duffle Bag Boy, and this does nothing to change my opinion of them. Jeezy and Weezy were good on this tho. Beat wasnt that good either. OK at best

I too found the original to be a banger. OJ has been killing it recently with a swag unmatched. I love songs that are just fun that you can bang where you tell the rappers are having fun. Haven't been liking Jeezy as much recently but he killed this and that drake song.
Hate to say it, but I am getting incredibly annoyed with Lil Wayne's voice recently. Before if he was on it, it was very likely to be a banger. Recently, if hes on it, it lowers the rating. Banger - 1 = in rotation. |

The 1st time I heard this I was in the whip. The beat was bangin and the verses were clever. The more I hear it though, the less I'm feelin it. Weezy gotta lose the vocalizer. He killin me with all the sing song $#^t. Gotta go back 2 Carter 2 to get a clean clear flow from Weezy Baby.
