Apparently not wanting to be pigeonholed as a backpacking rapper, Planet Asia taps into his Northern California roots for his newest collabo project. One week before his long-awaited collaboration with DJ Muggs, the Fresno native has teamed up with underground San Francisco artist F.L.O. for the collaboration album Planet F.L.O. The first single captures the hyphy movement often associated with that NoCal region, as Asia and F.L.O. show just how Dem Boyz Go when they “go dumb”. Produced by My M.O., Dem Boyz Go expands beyond the typical hyphy fanbase; it also appeals to any listener who likes to think outside the box— after all, isn’t that what the movement’s all about? Planet F.L.O. is in stores and online now.
This one is just ok the beat has been done befor but it does knock. Planet Asia has been around a long time and has some real nice lyrical skill but didn't showcase it here.
Yall hatin on Da Bay. Just cuz this aint yall style. This shyt is straight hot and these dudes is mad underrated and they dont get nuff' attention behind all them other cats like Keak, 40, Short, Mistah Fab, San Quinn. This is a classic. Suprisingly it got pretty good lyrics for a hyphy song which a lot of hyphy songs dont got but this is a classic. Represent that Bay !! 510!! Hyphy, Thizzzzzzz!!!
I like the production but they are a bit weak in my opinion...I don't know, the sensation is that the music and the beat "overstep" their flow! And after a while the songs get rather repetitive, which I hate
