Pac Div - Let Loose
Artist: Pac Div
Producer: Finatik N Zac
Album: Mania!
Label: The Div/RBC Records
Fellas, have you ever given your girl a free download for Valentines Day? I know what you’re thinking and no, not that kind of download you freaks. I’m talking about a song that would have her mouthing “coming to break you off” like The Roots. Here, Cali up-and-comers Pac Div drop the perfect potion, mixed with slow heavy bass that intertwines like legs with a romantic melody and lyrics on their latest work, Let Loose. Talking about a panty dropper for the digital girl, Pac Div recruited production duo Finatik N Zac for a sparkling, minimalistic beat that emcees Like, Mibbs and BeYoung lace with appropriately smooth vocals. This is an action song, no doubt about it, the kind you can crank all night on repeat….kind of like how I’m doing right now. Check for Let Loose on Pac Div’s upcoming mixtape, Mania!, dropping soon. P.S. grown men: safety first.

I really hope folks have not given up on Pac Div. "Let Loose" represents a record that can be enjoyed by both sexes (and the labels love when the ladies like your music) and, for once, Jim Jonsin sounds different behind the boards. Mania! should be excellent just like the last 3 mixtapes the guys have released. Hopefully an album follows.

I can definitely hear this track on the radio, and I would much rather hear a track like this on my local hip-hop station. Jonsin doesn't create a classic hip-pop beat that he's capable of, but it has mainstream appeal. I'd like to head a CD from Pac Div wit their usual style tracks sprinkled with a few tracks like this in the future.

I dont understand how anyone could give this anything less than 4 stars.... Pac Div really did great in this. They mad a really enjoyable song to listen to. I can see myself listening to this for a very long time to come. The production Jim Jonsin is really great in this. It really fits perfectly in this. And the chorus is so catchy. A banger for me.

Smooth track with a great base line that you can ride 2. This is an encouraging rap geared toward the ladies; allowing you focus on that significant other in your life. I LIKE THIS TRACK AND LYRICS.
