Pac Div have their Cross Trainers laced up, and they’re ready to run sh*t. Following previously-featured album inclusions Truth and Black Acura, this jam finds the well-heeled crew consolidating their power over the game with assistance from two lyrically-gifted Golden State neighbors. Over Swiff D‘s throwback percussion, theremin loop and sampled keys, the duo are joined by Los Angeles underground mainstay Blu and Compton wunderkind Kendrick Lamar. Time to weigh in, readers: will you be throwing on Cross-Trainers for your next jog? If so, you can expect more energizing tunes on indie full-length GMB, scheduled for release Tuesday, November 27.

Not really a fan of the production work by Swiff D, but the lyrics are pretty tight, so it deserves a rewind or two...

This is mean. And with Kendrick attached, it has the chance to really grow its wings and fly.

Can't say I like the prod here. Maybe it'll grow on me.

Good collaboration, but I expected a bit more... That waling sound is pretty annoying though.

Damn when I saw Blu and Kendrick Lamar, I had higher expectations. Not really digging the beat. Dope flows though. I wish I could have liked this more.

The beat was alright. I liked Kendricks part. Considering all the hype he's s been getting I've been paying extra attention to him. Pac Div and Blu did good also

Lyrically, this is what I expect from the trio. I'm torn on the prod. definitely not what I was expecting.

It's a decent song, my expectations were much higher though for a collabo with these artists
