Over Scottzilla‘s mournful instrumental, sampled from Light of Aidan’s Breathe, E.D. I Mean, Hussein Fatal and Young Noble drop rhymes dedicated to females growing up in the midst of poverty and struggle. Perfect Timing, The Outlawz’ final album as a group, is scheduled to hit stores on September 13—the 15th anniversary of their mentor’s death.
