I’d start off this feature post by pointing out that every moment of our lives, from getting married to brushing our teeth, from the moment your first child is born to watching American Idol, is a Now Or Never situation, but thankfully Outasight’s new single is much more interesting than a discussion of chronological philosophy. Fresh off the runaway success of Tonight is the Night, the neo/vintage/whatever crooner and rapper grabs producer Andrew Goldstein for a bass booming, fist pumping and decidedly modern beat that distinctly lives in the Ibiza clubs of 2012. Vocally, Outasight alternates between conversationally rapped lines and strongly delivered vocals, all aimed at getting you off the couch and into your life: “When you start to think about taking a chance you can’t give a damn.” Now that’s good advice for aspiring artists and 9-to-5ers alike. While we’re still waiting on the official word on a new album from the Warner Bros.’ artist, I think it’s safe to say that a new project will find its way to our headphones somewhere between now and never.

Not as catchy as "Tonight Is The Night," but I don't see why this won't be as popular - especially with the crossover appeal and the infectious pop sound.

This is not a bad dance record. I have to admit that it had me moving a lil bit. Just not something I'd throw into rotation unless I'm at the club.

it hit pretty hard when he played in NYC a few months back, but its true to say its not as catchy "tonight.."

To be honest, when i saw this, i was afraid to click on it, mainly because I've loved Outasight since radio? new york, and i was disappointed when i heard a couple of his last songs. but I'm proud to say that this is the Outasight I've known and loved since day one. Thank you.
