The film that shares the same name as Outasight‘s new single Catch Me If You Can follows a man who changes his identity in order to get what he wants, and while Richard Andrew (a.k.a. Outasight) isn’t piloting airplanes or forging money (that we know about), he does share the same attitude as the master imposter, challenging haters to Catch Me If You Can. The Yonkers native is taking hip-hop by storm with his multifaceted style and distinctive voice, this time putting his talents to use over another creative production from 6th Sense. The Booth-acclaimed artist (and Exclusive Freestyle member) hopes to tide fans over with this single off his latest project, Brand New Sessions, which was supposed to drop today but has been pushed back. No new release date has been set, but listeners should stay tuned to DJBooth for updates on Outasight’s latest music and plans.

For some readers Outasight might simply be too different. Does he sing during some of his raps? Yes. Does he flow over rock-influence material sometimes? Yes. Do these things define him? No, but they do show us how lucky we are not everyone likes chocolate and vanilla ice cream...

This guy is talented, and parts of his mixtape with Mick Boogie were pretty impressive. Looking forward to the new drop. As for me, I'm down with Rocky Road.

@Z - I agree... and the MORE hip-hop artists with real, actual, tangible talent is a great thing.

Rapping AND singing, he makes it seem so easy! Definitely co-sign!

He is one of the Hip-Hop artists with real, actual, tangible talent

When this song started I was expecting something that I wouldn't like it at all. But damn, I feel this like no other. It catches me bad. I like it alot. Different, but just simply genious.

Hey, does anyone else think this cat has been inspired by Lil' Wayne? I can see a lil' imitation in the flow. It's hot though. I like this guy's style.

I'm a huge supporter of original work, and I can honestly say I've never heard anything like Outasight. I'll definitely be on the lookout for more in the future.

Another dope beat by 6th Sense. Outasight is just what his name suggests. He is unseen and completely ahead of the people who do not have the brain power to expand their musical interests. He's unique and he's VERY good at what he does. BANGER material here. I really liked this.
