After months of One Chance features on DJBooth, with no album release date in sight, J Records has finally made the Chicago based R&B quartet a priority. Though the label has decided to push the five month old single, U Can’t, the fellas have managed to scoop up Yung Joc for an official remix. While the song features group members Michael, Jon, Courtney and Rob asking their women to be truthful and stop pretending, it is the female listeners who are in for a real treat. Using a harmony style popularized by their label boss Usher, the boys leave no vocal gaps, filling the entire track with multiple ad libs and layering arrangements. The group’s currently untitled debut is set for release this year - probably.
These guys are really really good. They are going to be great competition for Day 26! Usher is going to have these guys at Platinum status in no time. Their voices are GREAT on here; the chorus is super-catchy. This is a Certified DJ BLAZE BANGER!
i wouldn't say they give day 26 competition, but i mean they're ok. i was hoping there'd be something different instead of just a guest spitting verses.
Their vocals are real strong. I was surprised. Joc is improving a bit. I feel if that verse he spit was spit by Wayne instead of him (SAME LYRICS), everybody would've thought it was genius. Think bout that one for a sec.
i fuqqs wit it...yeah u rite if wayne was on it everybody would say its a classic...one chance gonna blow one day...they got it but i dont know about their management ..they need 2 push their music out...day 26 ok but i like their sound betta
yea I really like this version a lot more to the original, I know its exactly the same besides joc, but I like his addition a lot, and this song is just so classic! pure club banger!
One Chance is ready right NOW in my opinion. Go check their other music on our site by using the Search Bar in the upper right hand corner. All you have to do is enter the name "One Chance" in the blank and you will see the 10 songs that were featured on the booth...I think the are all 2-star or better...with one song that is just OK...
Yo blaze i am with you you funny b a certified blaze banger i am with that my dude . i been on these cats i dont kno if you seen any of my other post they have some good songs like "thats my word" "emotional" "issues" "Just like" i can keep going i am a fan of these dudes been in rotation when is they album commming out ? and in my opinion they better then day 26 they already a group and learned from each other they kno where there voices fit only thing day 26 got over them is the publicity with mtb4
If this is a DJ Blaze banger, than that means its garbage.
This isn't my kind of music, so I won't be a hater, and I won't rate it. Yung Joc killed the track though!
i absolutely love OC. i am so ready to see big things frm them. im still not sure if this was the best choice as a single, but im goin with it and hopin it will pop off all across the country.
Damn MMoore...I didn't know you could be such a Hater! Here we go with the personal attacks again...OK internet thug...We'll see where this goes. Obviously others agree because this track is rated close to my BANGER score!
I LIKE THESE DUDES MAN THEYRE GREAT. ALL OF THEIRS SONGS ARE GOOD AND NICE BEATZ. YUNG JOC LOOKS LIKE HE IS DOIN GBETTER. NICE BEAT AND JOC KILLS THIS BANGER.
they need to push the originall even though this song is old .. i think they need to take controll of their careers and make sure this single [the originall] gets pushed .. even though its old .. if i heard this come out now i wud still bang it .. cus i like tha track .. i see a summer vibe ..
Drumma Boy makes some sick beats. Yung Joc kills this. The lyrical range, tone and flow are sick on this beat. Haven't got round to listening to what they are saying though so... lol
