The newest addition to the Maybach Music Group roster, Omarion has a little chat with his new bawse on a freshly-released cut off the label’s sophomore compilation album. On Let’s Talk, Ayo The Producer and The UpperClassmen serve up a swanky synth beat as the crooner showcases his game-spitting skills, cribbing part of his hook melody from Salt-N-Pepa’s classic Let’s Talk About Sex. Ricky Rozay contributes some characteristically high-rolling bars to the record’s back end. For more, check out Self Made Vol. 2 when it hits record stores and online retailers June 26.

Hopefully this will be a good look for Omarion. Its crazy to think his most success came when he was appealing to 12-15 yr old girls with B2K. The sample here is a little much for an true R&B singer.

This goes pretty hard! Good work by Omarion. His voice still sounds as good as it ever has and Rick Ross does his thing over a different type beat (finally). Good work BANGER!

Omarion did well, but I just can't stand Rozay's verses on r&b songs.

I may be one of few who does not associate Omarion with young girls, he did have solo success. His albums have all gone gold, even Ross can't say that.
That being said, like the sampling and production. Hook is my least fav part. |
