Hailing from the boroughs of Queens and Long Island, New York, rap group No Good People is about to embark on a landmark moment in the history of their existence. The four man ensemble, which consists of two sets of brothers, Stress & Dr. Sean Strange; and Raida & O-Doub, will release their new album, The Greatest Thing Ever, before the end of the year. Previously heard inside DJBooth on the song Chug, the guys return for the reality-rap banger, Where Your From. Dissecting why each individual member turned out the way they did in life, the song focuses on the ‘where’ and ‘how’ it relates to what type of person one becomes in life.
Are these guys the new Bone Thugs-n-Harmony or something? Since when did Bizzy Bone rejoin the group, haha. This lyric-driven style of hip-hop much needed on the East Coast right now. A rap record with a traditional beat and good lyrics has more value than a record with an off-the-wall beat and mediocre lyrics.
its aigghttttt impressive for a for a group i have nver heard of before got some work to do who ever sings the chorus is tryin too hard...but other than that these guys got sum talen that WILL get better
i like this. nice and relaxing, plus, they learnin from grime, good lyrics for once. but I dont like the chorus, sounds weird...kinda killed the way I thought about this tune actually.
This beat is pretty weak in my opinion. I think these guys have an elementary flow and they don't sound like they ever even loaded a clip before. This is like funny rap music. They can't be serious!
Cool song. The beat is a sample from a video game? If you guys played crono trigger when you guys were kids, isnt that where the sample is from. brings back memories.
I swear the first verse sounds like a little bit of Eminem AND the ending of the second verse. Chorus is catchy and rapping is on point that keeps up throughout the song without losing any quality between verses. Good.
