Nitty Scott, MC - Planes, Trains and Automobiles
Artist: Nitty Scott, MC
Producer: Jet Audio
Album: The BoomBox Diaries Vol 1. EP
Label: Boombox Family
When you have a flow as smooth as a hot knife through butter, like Nitty Scott, MC, you should expect to be in high demand. While this status is undeniably a blessing, the curse comes in the form of having to travel everywhere and constantly. Judging by the message in her new video for Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, Nitty is no stranger to the tour life grind. As the piano heavy, Jet Life-produced beat floats under Nitty’s rhymes, the visuals, directed by Luke Wilson and Alexander Akande, school us on the trials and tribulations of being on tour. Sometimes rap life isn’t so glamorous, huh? You can find Planes, Trains, and Automobiles on the Brooklyn native’s Boombox Diaries Vol. 1 EP, which is available for purchase via iTunes and stream-able here at DJBooth.

Nitty should be "up next." There's something about her that screams "it factor."

I liked the video and the concept. The chorus was cool... I thought overall Nitty Scott was a bit too old-school with the verses for me... I think It's just OK...

Never heard of Nitty Scott before this, but the beat kept me interested as did Nitty's verses. Very good material and the music video was nice as well. I'd definitely play it again.

Her flow is good but there's something about her voice that keeps me from fully getting into this track. I like the concept of the music video and the instrumental style though

Still not a fan of femcees. I'm just used to that masculine/aggressive sound of hip-hop. Decent flow from her. The production also keeps this from having a low rating.

Yeah! Nitty is going to make it big soon! Her style is very old school but the best female rapper were from the 80's & 90's. Sometimes you need a throwback artist!
