Now that his Bullets Ain’t Got No Name mixtape series’ final installment is out online, Nipsey Hussle can finally concentrate on his long-awaited debut album, South Central State of Mind.  Though the Cinematic/Epic brass still haven’t chosen an official lead single, Nipsey’s not off his grind—he’s currently working overtime to promote buzz record Hussle Is My Last Name.  On the newly-released track, producer RALO forgos the typical bass/piano combo, instead backing Hussle’s energetic rhymes with a catchier, synth-heavy beat.  The West Coast buzzmaker’s hotly-anticipated full-length drops December 22nd—in the meantime, fans can look forward to Hussle’s Booth-exclusive freestyle, coming in October.

Each song I here from him the bigger I become a fan.
This isn't my favorite from him but it's still dope.

This dude is gonna be the one to bring back the West Coast. Nathan S. said he thought it was The Game but I feel this dude is gonna be the one. Can't wait for that album.

The hook was to repetitive for me along with the beat but it was aight Nipsey can do better. The bars he spit were good for the song but still can do better.

Telling everyone what your last name is over and over would be an epic fail for most new artists, but Hussle can pull off just about anything. Not a radio single, but his fan base just keeps growing...

Hot beat, hot verses, less than hot hook but still a solid track!!

Just like his other tracks the production by RALO should turn/knock off a few heads ... the overuse of the Title as hook is to the point that by the end of the song, it felt worn into the ground ... And Nipsey's rhymes are pretty average on this right here .... 2.5

Nipsey's good but I personally don't see myself gettin into his music (Street Raps 101). To me Nipsey is just one of those Rappers who's both absence or existence in Hip-Hop doesn't bother me as he is good enuff for short length (guest features) and few catchy/trunk-rattling singles but I don't see myself ever purchasing their Albums.

Not a fan of the hook at all, but nipsey always comes correct in the verses. The production was ok, nothing special
