Earlier this week, Nino Bless received high praise for his aggressive guest verse on Beyond Belief‘s Bobby Meets Bless.  Today, the Brooklyn up-and-comer is back in the Booth with a new mixtape cut of his own – one that should provide every hip-hop lover with an Internet connection (which, I assume, is all of us) with plenty of food for thought.  On F*ck the Rap Game, Bless takes aim at some of the backdoor politicking that results in a less-than-level playing field for those trying to build buzz based on the merits of their music.  Over Veterano‘s piano production (complete with sobbing-baby samples on the hook), the emcee spits blistering attacks on a variety of targets; his accusations of shady dealings on the parts of radio DJs and publications like The Source are particularly hard-hitting.  In addition to dropping The Latin Marksman (Hit Files Vol. 1) on the 24th, Bless plans to release Vol. 2 of his Untold Scriptures mixtape in early May.  Fans should also stay tuned for the emcee’s contribution to our DJBooth.net Freestyle Series.

Nino never dissapoints. Whenever we feature one of his songs, I turn the volume a lot higher and make sure there is silence in the room just so I can hear his lyrics. This ish is deep! Great track.

Also listen to the other Nino tracks in the booth.

This production def fits Nino's flow, and it sets a dark mood for the song. The samples of crying babies is tight, and the hook is cool. He speaks the truth on the verses, for real (especially that Ron Brownz indirect diss.) His flow is tight, and everything added up equals BANGER!

Nino is one of the best up-n-coming lyricists in the game. The song is point blank accurate. He has 10x more skills than most artists AND has the balls to talk about it.

If you listened only once... listen again.

This kind of rap is the best there is. Love the beat. This dude knows how to tell a story. I been checkin him out since he put out Changed Man with Akon. This is where hip-hop lives, with the underground rappers. Soulja Boy, Shawty Lo, etc. have no talent whatsoever. I have always wondered what the rap game will become after this generation of rappers will retire. I'm talkin about Luda, T.I., Lil' Wayne, Kanye, Jay-Z, etc. All it seems like is garbage that is coming out from the new rappers except for this underground stuff. This is a classic to me.

This is an alternative version of Eminem! That “baby crying” is creepy, sick but still gripping. This is REALLY GOOD!
His flow is amazing: dynamic, colloquial and very, very expressive, plus he spits nothing but hot real (in the true sense of the word) lyrics!
This guy belongs in the Slaughterhouse!
