While many in the Booth gave Nina Sky‘s most recent solo feature, ‘80s remake You Ain’t Got It (Funk That), a thumbs-up, there were others who found the retro retread a little ho-hum. If you’re still waiting on proof that Natalie and Nicole Albino have some fresh new ideas up their collective sleeve, look no further than new EP leak Only You (Take Me Away). One of the most original club-oriented cuts I’ve heard in a minute, this track finds producer Double O of Kidz in the Hall superimposing synths and upbeat percussion over an intricate, off-kilter keyboard riff as the Puerto Rican-bred duo pay tribute to a fella who’s like no other. On the back end, Kidz frontman Naledge takes center stage, directing some flirtatious game-spitting toward the twins as well as punnily name-dropping another Booth-approved twosome: “It’s you ‘n’ I, no Y-O, Thurzday.” Craving more? We’ve got you covered – Nina Sky’s DJBooth.net-sponsored The Other Side EP is scheduled to hit our mixtape page “soon.”

I like it. I'm not sure much else needs to be said. I'd bump this up another star if Naledge dropped two verses (one on the front end, in addition to his back end verse).

I think it's unanimous. Nothing groundbreaking, but it's a really enjoyable pop cut, and that's harder to do than people may think. Props to Nina Sky, and while I agree with Z that a little more Naledge would have been dope, it was good to hear him rhyme over such a different beat.

This sounds straight from the "Studio 54" soundtrack. Nice R&B vibe over a more Dance production. Good fit for Nina Sky. Could this be the beginning of more cross-over tracks for Kidz In The Hall?

These duo are some of the most talented artist out there. I remember judging them to being just a singing duo and that it. Little did i know Nicole its just a off da chain DJ and very smart business woman.. check her scratchin here--->(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7u2MUbyniuY) and Natalie writes most of the lyrics. Ever since Bryan Leach - Polo Grounds Music put them in the back burner, these two girls have been trying to find ways to continue their music path. First they were promised a cd in 06, that fell thru then another one in 08 and the label fell thru again, but since they're still under contract, theres nothing much u can do but to continue to hustle. So as you listen to these tracks, remember, this is the complete work of those 2 sisters working with different producers on their own without the label. mad props! keep it going Nina Sky!

Def have to agree with DukeFenix... these girls even went as far as to twitter/FB the personal number of Leach, and encouraged their fans to get in touch with him... I like that kind of drive and if I were Bryan Leach I would have let them run things for six months and see what they put out.
And Nicole does have some sic DJ skills and is DAMN hot. Enuff said.
