I hate to put myself out of a job, but frankly I’d recommend you stop reading and just watch the lyric video for Nelly Furtado‘s Spirit Indestructible. Go ahead, I’ll wait…...ok, welcome back. If that wasn’t inspiring I don’t know what is, and while I could spend the rest of this write-up talking about Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins beat or Nelly’s powerful vocals, I prefer to focus on Spencer West, the double amputee you just watched climb Mt. Kilimajjaro using using only his hands to raise awareness and financial support for clean water projects in Africa. I agree with the above... The video is a true inspiration... The track has an 80's throwback dance-music type of vibe and Nelly sounds pretty cool. I wouldn't listen to this on my own unless someone else was playing it, but its decent...
