When the Booth featured Natasia Pena‘s buzz single, Activate, many listeners noted her creativity and range; however, the record produced mixed reviews. Probably paying attention to some of the critiques, the Bronx native changes up her sound to a more typical musical topic; that of what she ends up doing when Intoxicated at the club with many men around her. One of these fellas happens to be DJBooth-ridiculed emcee Yung Berg, who is known to add life to the party (see Sexy Can I) with his guest verses. Joining Berg is his acclaimed in-house producer, Rob Holiday, who mixes up the production with some danceable synths. Mix the above ingredients up, send the finished product to a label, and you’ve got a radio smash on your hands. Pena’s self-titled debut album is currently set for release this January.
sounds tight..that bass is droppin' like a mutha tho..thanks God for some Altec Lansing speakers and woofer for the pc..haha..u know wat it is..can't bang out to the booth with no generic shyt,na'mean
Ooo, Da Brat's high yellow twin sister is back on the booth! Rob Holiday put his foot in this one. Natasia sounds great on this one. The quality of this version sounds low though. The latest Detroit chain-theft victim sounded pretty decent on here. I liked the beat switch up and he kept his swagger U-P on this. This is definitely a radio ready single. The drop out edits were very annoying though. This version doesn't seem to be the official mixed, radio edit version. They need to release a crispier version of this, cuz it really should be out to the public like this. Overall on the song though, it's a smash.
Not bad...the song has a good beat and I honestly don't think she is bad! I liked also Berg's part...I don't think I will listen to this again (unless I find it on the radio) but it's in rotation
Natasia has talent, no doubt. I am not sure, however, that either of her featured songs, thus far, have showcased her real voice. Berg's guest verse was nothing special, but I loved Rob Holiday's production. Nice club music here. Why hasn't he produced for more artists??
Pretty good, weird, on Djbooth, if the artist is not well known, not a lot of people comment or rate. ,,,, I love my commas, this song is good... I mean all she did was ride the beat.
