The 18th entry in our exclusive freestyle series comes courtesy of Naledge, one-half of ‘hipster-hop’ duo Kidz In The Hall.  The Chi-town emcee, who spits over an industry instrumental by Polow Da Don and No I.D. (originally from Keri Hilson‘s Turnin’ Me On) on his brand new Turn Off freestyle, is currently preparing to release a Mick Boogie-hosted solo project entitled Chicago Picasso, as well working with KITH production partner Double O on a follow-up to their critically-acclaimed sophomore album, The In Crowd. In addition the duo have teamed up with Reebok on a new marketing campaign, to be launched this month.  Fans can catch Kidz In The Hall at this year’s South by Southwest festival, as well as at the upcoming Winter Music Conference.

I hope you're planning on dropping a mixtape of some sort featuring all of these freestyles because every one bangs hard. Naledge is dope, I'll throw him in the pack for the leaders of the new cool.

Naledge is my boy, I've seen Kidz in the Hall come up! This was fire!!! I'd love to hear more Naledge freestyles over mainstream beats.

@ bowwser - I personally think Willy Northpole has had the hottest freestyle in the series with 'The Coldest'. Though really their have been about 4 other really solid freestyles in the series so far & this is definitely one of them

I don't really like this dude, how the hell is he rapping? I'm only listening to the production, which is amazing (thanx Polow!)!

Nice choice of production for a freestyle. I liked the Josh Childress overseas and the Rambo Rondo line. Like the dude's flow. Banger right here.

Whoa, I didnt realize how bonkers this beat was. Naledge ripped it, but I feel like the vocals are a little too low and muffled. He comes correct though, certified Banger

Absolutely dope - I agree with Macli. I didn't fully realize how fresh this beat was until I heard the freestyle. I'm surprised more rappers aren't jumping on it. (Gotta love the "ballin overseas like Josh Childress" reference).
