Miles Marquee - Rock Witchu
Artist: Miles Marquee
Producer: Jerry Parker
Album: Critically Ashamed
Label: 36O Juice Recordings
The second single off Michael Jackson‘s seminal Off the Wall LP, Rock With You gets a hip-hop makeover on Rock Witchu, the first Booth feature from Motown rhymesayer Miles Marquee. Beatsmith Jerry Parker does the honors, flipping the King of Pop’s jam into a smooth soul backdrop for Marquee’s romantic rhymes. Has this buzz record left you intrigued? Then stay tuned for further leaks off Miles’ Critically Ashamed LP, scheduled to drop sometime this summer.

I like it but it also makes me feel uneasy at the same time. Maybe i feel like that because i think i ran over a frog in front of my house.
But anyway i like his flow and i liked the beat up until the drums started slowing but the beat kept going the same tempo @ about 2:21 i really didnt like that at all it pretty much ruined the song for me at that point. It gave off a very amature like feel to me. But overall I like it. |

These are the young homies. They're definitely developing a crazy talent between Jerry's production skill and Miles' artistry. They're some cats to watch for. I'm excited for the rest of the project. Props
