Every musical journey includes its fair share of ups and downs, and nobody knows that better than 112 alumnus Michael Keith, who played a key role in the survival and success of his R&B male singing group in the late ‘90s. Since 112’s breakup, each member has gone on his separate solo way. Keith showcases his signature smoothness on debut single No More Tears. On this self-produced opus, the Atlanta native woos the ladies with a sincerity and earnestness rarely showcased by today’s playeriffic songmen. While Keith’s self-titled solo album is available via his website, this digital single continues to make its rounds about the ‘Net. The road to redemption is not paved in glitter and gold, and now that he’s flying solo, Michael Keith might be the one to call on to wipe those tears away.

It's been a minute since I've heard a quality R&B track on the booth. This is a very enjoyable and smooth track, and damn that piano lace is catchy! The chorus blends well with the rest of the track, and he doesn't try to go out of his element with the vocals. 4/5 Banger on here, everybody should look past the name of the artist and take a listen to this song.

I am debating what I am impressed with more; his production work with the piano keys, or the smooth vibe of his vocals. Overall this one is real nice.
Justokhall - I agree, this is a straight '97 banger. Haha. |

I'm impressed with dude here. Slim gettin all of this attention with his solo project and I was wondering bout the other members of 112. This song is honestly better than most of the songs on slims album. When will 112 get back in the studio?

Interesting… starts off very well with the fading piano and strong bassline awakening! Good vocals and production, it’s a shame the melody is not catchy enough to get it in the top charts where it deserves!

It's a good song to be an r&b one (r&b songs are often boring and soporific). The production is really good, the music is sweet, smooth and has also energy, it isn't monotone at all. His voice is particular, he isn't another Chris Brown or Ne-Yo! 3,5

Awww Shoot!!!! I was wondering if he was ever going to do anything solo. I miss 112, but oh well apart they are good as they was together. Wish them all the best.
