When Pacino and DeNiro do a film together, you know it’s something special; the same could be said for Mary J. Blige and Usher collaborating on a song. On Mary J’s new album, Growing Pains, the two R&B legends come together for the harmonious ballad, Shake Down. While Usher has taken time off from the industry, he knows that a feature guest should never outshine a song’s spotlight singer. Having already collaborated with R&B A-listers like Alicia Keys and R. Kelly, Mr. Raymond’s joint effort with Ms. Blige sits comfortably in line with the rest. Growing Pains is set for release on December 18th courtesy of Geffen Records.
Damn man like Mary Has really been workin man, cause all of the singles that she is ptting out there are mad hot...And its nice that she is givin usher a little hand, on gettin his ass back on his feet. But its nice i like the melody and Mary kills it as always
1 of the best tracks on her album, be sure ya go out n get it on the 18th this album is completely different but still is a classic. Mary J is this generation aretha franklin.

I was unbelievably excited to listen to this, but it just didn't live up to my expectations. Mary and Usher seemed oddly uninterested in the song, the chemistry between them just isn't there. as much as it hurts to write this, this is only an average song.
I agree 100% with ISHIPHOPDEAD. Imma huge Usher fan and Mary ain't too bad, but this track ain't too good, not a huge fan of this, generic chorus, a bit bored after the first minute.
I LOVE MJB SHE IS AN AMAZING WOMAN AND I HAV HEAPS OF RESPECT FOR HER!!! This song has a real nice beat and its real eazy listning =) Usher puts a soft touch to the track which i like.. love it!!
