Mac Miller - Missed Calls
Artist: Mac Miller
Producer: Ritz Reynolds
Album: Macadelic
Label: Rostrum Records
A young emcee catapulted from the underground to fame beyond his wildest dreams, Mac Miller pretty much has it all—or he would, if it weren’t for the absence of a certain female from his life. Missed Calls, the latest single off Miller’s blockbuster debut set, finds the emcee wistfully reflecting on the disintegration of a relationship over a poignant piano beat by Rittz Reynolds. Official visuals come courtesy of director Ian Wolfson. Fans can find this record and much more on Miller’s Blue Slide Park LP, available in stores and online as of fall 2011.

I like when Mac is upbeat, happy, easy going and free a a bird. Here he is downbeat, sad, morose, and underwhelming. To each his own.
