Though M.O.P.‘s future couldn’t have looked brighter following the 2000 release of their senior album, Warriors, Lil’ Fame and Billy Danze fell victim to label politics after Loud Records shut down in ‘02, cycling through deals with Roc-a-Fella, Dame Dash Music Group, and G-Unit but never managing to get an official album onto store shelves.  Having recently settled in at E1 Music (which had released a few comp albums of theirs in its Koch era), the Brownsville, Brooklyn natives are finally ready to make noise again, laying a new Foundation with their first album in over nine years.  On this newly-leaked track, Fizzy Womack and William Berkowitz team up with Booth favorite Termanology and heavyweight producer Statik Selektah to offer their thoughts on why the people around them all seem to be Crazy.  Though Fame and Danze’s days as industry heavyweights are likely over forever, this cut is proof that they’ll always satisfy their hardcore fanbase, and it’s a good bet that audience will come out in droves to grab their copies of Foundation when the album drops September 15th.

If you could classify something as "Classic M.O.P." than this would be the closest thing to it. Termanology continues to get better and better, too.

Loving the production on this one; definitely has a class feel to it. The verses are strong; Termanology coming hardest. Only questionable aspect on this would be the chorus; a tad too repetitive for my taste. Banger either way.

WOW! What a comeback! They still got that energy... it's so contagious I don't mind that repetition Phantom! ;)

Term has one of the smoothest flows in hip hop, it's funny he's featured on a M.O.P. record, but he's at home over Statik's beats and this was so well put together: aggressive sound with good taste! Term shines!

Great production, Statik is one of my favorite producers right now. But Fame is a beast though. He doesn't even write his rhymes down anymore, every verse you hear from him is a freestyle. Or so I heard. lol

I agree, it has that classic M.O.P. fire. Statik is a beast on the boards, he adjusts so well to the artists he has on his tracks. Term impresses as he sounds comfortable and does this track some justice. Feelin the hook as well underlined by dj cuts ... BANGER!!!

Wow, all banger ratings so far. This track gets one from me too. Term was great on this track, but I have to admit it looked a little weird seeing his name next to M.O.P.'s. I was pleasantly surprised by his contribution. Statik Selektah is mad popular, but with production work like this it ain't hard to see why. Billy Danze and Lil Fame brought that energy on the hook and on their verses too. I'm sure die-hard fans of the group can't wait for September 15th.

Another one of my favorite groups. Unfortunately they haven't gotten the respect that they're due or at least recognition. This track shows their strengths, energetic, witty lyrics, spectacular flow and the ability to get the listener HYPE!
