Although Toronto-based singer/rapper Luu Breeze does tap into his inner Francophile for the title of stand out selection, Le Confidence, the sultry tune is already heavy on the sophistication. He isn't the second coming of Usher or MJ, but for an artist first introduced to me as an emcee this is impressive.
