Lloyd Banks - Any Girl
Artist: Lloyd Banks
Featuring: Lloyd
Producer: Dready
Album: Hunger for More 2
Label: G-Unit/EMI/Capitol
Two Lloyds have to be better than one, right? If that’s true, then expect G-Unit lyricist Lloyd Banks’ follow-up single to the smash Beamer Benz or Bentley to have immense success. For Any Girl, Banks recruits one of the hottest names in R&B and an old “rival,” former Murder Inc. signee, Lloyd. Over a trunk rattling Dready production, Lloyd-squared join forces to create a decent club song for all the ladies. A simple but effective chorus courtesy of Lloyd explains the song’s purpose: rich guys named Lloyd can have any girl that they choose (as if we didn’t already know). All jokes aside, Any Girl is a smooth listen due to Banks’ ability to ride the up-tempo beat like an extremely skilled bull rider and Lloyd’s velvety vocals. And while I don’t think this song will reach the success that Beamer Benz or Bentley achieved, I do think that there’s some legit heat here. If you agree, then be sure rate this accordingly, and be on the lookout for Lloyd Banks’ upcoming album Hunger For More 2, coming soon.

Banks' "Beamer, Benz, or Bentley" single was dope the first few times I heard it played, but I felt it got "old" quicker than it should have. This new Banks single, however, might just have some walking legs behind it for a nice summer-long stroll at radio (thanks to a dynamic hook by Lloyd).

The moment I pressed play, my first thought after the beat kicked in was DAMN! Production was fire. Not to mention Lloyd Banks was at the top of his lyrical game. This is what I would expect from the man who dropped "On Fire" and "Help."
Concept is generic, but almost all of the elements in this song came together perfectly. This is the type of song that has a high chance of radio success and is an overall good follow up to Lloyd's latest "Beamer, Benz, or Bentley" feature. Lloyd (guest feature Lloyd) was definitely the right choice for this track. His vocals were a great contribution and that combined with some nice verses from Banks and an astounding production tip makes this a near-classic for me. |

I always though that Lloyd and Lloyd Banks were the same person. I guess I just never really payed attention to either one of them.

Glad to see this getting mixed and mastered and an added Lloyd verse. The original unfinished that leaked months ago definitely needed work. This is an official summer banger! Lloyd was sick on the hook, and Banks has another club banger with this one.

People who felt that Banks rapping on BBB was subpar, can't say that on this one.

Nice follow up to the street banger "Beamer, Benz, or Bentley". I lol'd when I saw that it was both Lloyds on one track.

This song bangs! The beat is sickkkk! Lloyd smashes the chorus, Banks comes hard enough on the verses....radio should eat this up! No complaints here....4

oh sh!t! if the rest of the album is anything like the 1st two singles there is a 100% chance i will be buyin the album. even if theyre not, there is still a good possibility i will be buyin the album.
Lloyd and Lloyd mixed w this beat is like Will Smith and Martin Lawrence starring in a movie featuring Tea Leoni or Gabrielle Union (take ur pick). lol...thats right im laughin at my own joke. 4.5 here + 4.5 for Beamer... = 9.0/10 i gave 4 stars for Beamer... |

I believe this is one of the few times I have disagreed with DJ Z, "Beamer, Benz or Bentley" was a smash hit, even after multiple listens, that beat hits hard like Jadakiss's "Who's Real". Banks is the best out of the G-Unit Boot Camp, LT. my ass, he might as well be the General, with his quick word play and metaphors. I hope he keeps doing his thing.

I must be in the minority here as I thought Beamer, Benz or Bentley was a better track then this (and is still getting heavy spins on my ipod). This is still a decent track and a good single choice, though its not really anything id play on a regular. Lloyd was a good choice of guest feature.
I was really hoping for a track similar to 'Karma' when I first saw the name of the track & the featured artist. I wonder when 50 will show up on a Lloyd Banks single, its gotta be soon. |

Just shows how you don't have to have top producers to make hits. So far Banks' two singles produced by nobodies' are way better than all of game's recent singles produced by cool and dre, pharell, and dre.

I'm gonna steal my man Quentin's line on the intro and refer to Lloyd squared throughout this track.
Can't say that I like this as much as BBM, but Lloyd squared balance each other out perfectly, and it looks like Banks has yet another hit on his hands. This might just be the year he finally and truly steps out from 50's shadow. |

Lloyd is the best hook man in the business and delivers as usual, but Banks is @*#$! WACK! I can't believe the review called him a lyricist.
4 stars for the good Lloyd and 1 star for the shit Lloyd. |

I always knew these two would team up sooner or later. The original unfinished version of the song was nice but Lloyd's added presence on the track makes it even better. The hook is catchy and I love the production. This song will definitely be in heavy rotation for a while. Loving this song.

I'm diggint he beat, makes me wanna gigg; lolsx & the album artwork is not trashy, but a lil explicit, yet smoothe. It makes the album come together with Lloyd's vocals and Lloyd Banks' rhymes. Whoooo. Instant banger.

I'm really looking forward to the new Banks album, this is really hot! The production is simple but engaging like Beamer, Benz, or Bentley was. Lloyds hook is really nice too. Lloyds been on point lately. I envision a club going crazy to this. I wonder what else Mr. Banks has for us in the near future.
