Lil Wayne - Rich as F**k
Artist: Lil Wayne
Featuring: 2 Chainz
Producer: T-Minus
Album: I Am Not A Human Being II
Label: Cash Money/Universal Motown
Evidently, Weezy F. Baby‘s made it his mission accentuate the positive in 2013. Having gotten a head start with the New Year’s Eve release of (new) album lead single B**ches Like Me, theYMCMB heavyweight translates another of his bathroom-mirror affirmations into musical form on the follow-up, which celebrates the fact that he’s Rich as F**k. T-Minus serves up a low-key, street-ready instrumental to back Tunechi’s punchline-packed paeans to his and his team’s purchasing power, and 2 Chainz contributes shouted guest vocals to the record’s hook. I Am Not a Human Being II is scheduled to hit record stores and online retailers at a yet unscheduled date next month. In the meantime, fans can keep an eye out for future singles titled I’m Getting Pretty Good at Skateboarding and Doggone It, People Like Me. (OK, I made those ones up.)

The chorus is catchy, but how many times do we need to hear about how much money YOU have?! Especially at a time when most people are in search of funds just to keep the lights on.

I thought this was solid. This is Wayne's best chance to make an impact again. B*tches Love Me was pretty horrible. The subject matter on this is redundant, I wish Wayne would focus on putting together clever bars once again. He has just gotten worse and worse since getting out of prison!
This track succeeds by the awesome beat crafted by T-Minus. Definitely has a throwback feel to it. Also, the energy on this is on point. 2 Chainz put down a solid hook. WIll be interesting to see how its edited for radio |

The beat is straight trash, and I usually like T-Minus beats. This one just doesn't do it for me. 2 Chainz is the best part of the track.

Like the slow groove beat by T-Minus. Lil Wayne's flow is great...decent lyrically, good hook by 2 Chainz.

I HATE IT. I hate hearing how much money rappers have, but I wouldn't mind it NEARLY as much if he didn't do it all the freaking time. the chorus is lazy, just like the name: "Rich As @*#$!". No originality.
I could tell I hated it with the first line: "AK on my nightstand, right next to that bible" Just terrible. |

I've notice with this song and wayne's new album, that the great moments (hooks and featured artist) work around Wayne not with him.
