In her recent, Booth-exclusive interview, LeToya Luckett impressed DJ Z with the admission that, though men are often painted as the perpetrators in relationship-on-the-rocks jams, bad behavior knows no gender, and it’s just as often the ladies that have some apologizing to do. Be that as it may, it’s hard to maintain such a philosophical outlook when it’s you who’s being played for a fool; as the Destiny’s Child alumnus reveals on the second single off sophomore album Lady Love (due out this summer), her initial reaction to a special someone’s infidelity is exactly what you’d expect from any guy or gal in her shoes: she flies into a jealous rage. Shouting, “She Ain’t Got (Sh*t On Me)!,” Luckett makes sure her man knows that he’s made the worst mistake of his life, giving him and that other woman the lyrical beating of a lifetime. Backed by the dancefloor-packing synth stylings of Alienated producer Cory Bold, this woman-scorned scorcher is sure to get the ladies moving, and, provided it doesn’t hit too close to home, leave the fellas tapping their toes as well.

Definitely feelin the production (though Alienated is some of his better work), although, I don't see this blowing up. Very hype though, may have a chance at survival, but with other heavy hitting summer joints like "Walkin on the Moon by The-Dream/Kanye" (WHICH YALL NEED TO SUPPORT!!!!) I think this has some strict competition.

LeToya is pretty solid as a solo artist. Hasn't had much success on the charts, but everything I've heard is nothing short of impressive. The production here was the standout, with LeToya's swagger shining as well.

Haha, this sounds like a ladies anthem right here! It's not what I normally get into, but I can appreciate it for what it is. The vocals are good and the hook is catchy (can't you just hear a bunch of ladies chanting along?) In rotation.

uhmmm... :s I wanted to like it, cuz Letoya is so damn fine and talented. But the rhythm is... too hysterical, chaotic maybe (like it's on fast forward).
For a club song, I really don't see how this would inspire a dance... maybe a fight. |

I CANNOT STOP MOVING TO THIS! Expect this to be "that" single-ladies I know will post this on their Myspace profiles and dance to this in the club (to get the fellas moving). Interesting outlook LeToya's got for her new album-I'm looking forward to it though!
I now call to the stand the man in question, Mr. Stayve Jerome Thomas, to give his side of the story for the remix (He might not be used to rapping on such a beat, but I hope he can step it up like he did for these Gwen Stefani and Frankie J-original version-songs he did). |

Oh the ladies love this 1 in H-town. They movin' and singing along the whole time. Home grown love for Toya? Maybe. But I like the dancefloor musik - and this is it. But u got 2b able 2 bring it, cuz this 1 is super-energetic.
