If Booth newcomer LaZie had to sum himself up in a single word, it would be “...motherf**king Rebel.” Oh, that’s actually two words? Well, that just goes to show how much of a rebel he is. On this newly-released mixtape standout, the Las Vegas rhymesayer offers ample evidence that the appellation fits, showcasing his devil-may-care attitude and complete lack of f**k-giving over RJD2‘s classic Moment of Weakness instrumental. Released this past January, LaZie’s W.A.Y ( Who Are You) street album is available now for free download courtesy of Audiomack.

 This was OK. I kinda liked the jazzy style beat and LaZie's flow was decent. Not a big fan though.

Love the horns. That is the first thing that stands out for me. The "I am a motherf*cking rebel" hook is OK, but the verses caught my ear because they are a little off the wall. LaZie's flow has elements that Booth readers are familiar with from listening to ATL emcee Jarren Benton.

I like LaZie's unique flow and the beat goes hard. If you are more of a fan of traditional flows, LaZie shows he can do that too on the track "Find Her Way Home". I'm definitely gonan check out the album.

I'm glad this kid is starting to get some attention. Love this song but it isn't even the sickest on his mix tape which should definitely be in your itunes library.

Looking forward to more LaZie music... Exquisite flow, unique. The chorus even embodies the rebel theme. Not even pronouncinf it the way ir is. Heightens the track very much.

I didn't know the beat was from another rapper, but Lazie made it his own. He's sick though he just has that good rapper voice and flow, def checking his mixtape out.

Love the verses, it's good to know that there are up and coming artists that sing real shit rather than "call me maybe" or "you a stupid hoe." Good shit, putting it in the phone and ipod now!
