For instance, Chicago rap group Ko*Starz, who have been compared to (and endorsed by) fellow hometown acts The Cool Kids and Gym Class Heroes, noticed that they received a flirty New Text Message… and it’s from your girlfriend! Similar in content to The-Dream‘s I Luv Your Girl (but far less guilt-inducing), this P-Dott produced single should be a hit among teenage trendsters. If pop hits aren’t your style, though, you may still want to check out what what else these Midwestern boys have to offer on their debut album, Let’s Go, currently set for release sometime this year.

When did Chicago become Atlanta? The beat kind of goes hard, but the topic and rappers are lame as ever. The flows are okay I suppose, but the hook is definitely super trash. If it came on in the right setting, I could get down with it like a V.I.C track, but not just for regular listening. I'll throw it in rotation tonight though. (Foul like a flagrant........booooo! Dude's ending delivery was mad boring)

Beat goes hard and I like the crisp sound and the nice flow with funny lyrics. A couple of em kinda sounded like MIMS. I love when I actually hear some good chicago artists on here. Like the hook, sound, and verses. A very unexpected banger.

I personally like the beat here, it's energic and catchy! I'm not feeling him, though. Not that he flows bad, but he doesn't get on well with the beat! If I were the rapper, I would have called someone to sing some passages, in order to make the song less monotonous! This is a bit boring, to me it's ok

#1- The beat is simple, but lets not under estimate the impact of simplicity. You definately can't hate on THIS, when u got HIT songs like "Knuck if you buck" & "White tee" and soilja boy does shit like this, endlessly.
#2. The song itself is great. Through out the whole song, all these guys do is, Keep It Real! And how can u hate on that? I don't know how old some of yall are thats leavin these comments, but shit I'm like 20 and this is shit thas happenin forreal. Yea it might not be a "classic" as far as music in a whole is concerned, but when u got niggas like, Soilja Boy comin in and takin over the industry, talkin bout "superman that hoe" and "ya @*#$! ya" (songs that are becoming HITS) I feel that its a new day n age. People don't sit around for hours writing melo dramatic ass songs anymore. Its about fun, relatable music u can vibe to... (take weezys "Lollipop" for example) If u want some "meaningful" heart felt shit go listen to some Lupe, Common or Keyshia Cole. But yall gotta understand that not everybody is looking for the same things outta music. Some people wanna hear a hot track and laugh a lil while bein entertained. Anyone can do this easy beat but they thought of it and it goes. Their voices match perfect with the background beat. Do yo thang Ko*Starz. This is hot and not a classic but i gotta give it love becuase there is so much haters on here not understanding this is the new generation of music.

Wow, i'm baffled by the hate! But anyway, this song is hot...and i feel like people aren't looking at the big picture here...
-The music industry is is about creativity and bringing something new to the table...and this indeed is something new. -Ol' girl is right, it's a new day n age...it's called 2008 folks. Clearly a vast majority of the population like listening to catchy, simplistic, and fun songs (insert Soulja Boy success)...when we have like 51 CRANK DAT songs that are becoming hits, there's absolutely NO reason why a song like this (which actually sounds good...and not like it was done in someone's baby mama's BASEMENT) shouldn't be appreciated... -This beat goes HAAAARD! When Laffy Taffy came out I re-made that beat in 27 seconds. I can prolly make this beat in 15 seconds. BUT...I like this one better than Laffy Taffy. I think the quality is good and everything and i think the dude has skills on the mic but i think they could use some better beats.. other than the beat its hot

LuckyB, were you taking a shot at the rapper Lupe Fiasco talks about in Hip Hop Saved My Life? but anyways, i was reading the comments as i listened and i think i'm missing something. the song isn't necessarily BAD, but it seemed kinda sucky to me, even with this new era of crank songs (which have actually been around for years in the streets) and such. I would rather listen to Soulja Boy over these three.
