With the myriad economic, social, and environmental issues that currently need fixing in the U.S. and abroad, it’s easy to roll one’s eyes at tired sentiments like “The world is your oyster,” but Young Starr, K. Rich, and R. Dott of Ko*Starz remain idealistic. On mixtape leak Be, making its world premiere right here in the Booth, the Chi-town trio let fans know that, whether your life’s ambitions are to fix the U.S. health care system and usher the nation into a new era of economic prosperity or simply to smoke a ton of weed and get it on with people’s moms, you need only follow your heart and you can make it happen.  The Starz’ mix of sincere encouragement and oddball, pop-referencing punchline lyricism, along with beatsmith AOK‘s head-bobbing sampled boardwork, make this the perfect track to lift listeners’ spirits after a rough day on the job.  Fans can find this unique motivational jam, previous Booth-exclusive leak My Favorite Girl, and more on Phone Home 2: Back to the Future, set to hit the ‘net August 25th.

I was really feelin the production. I loved the eerie loop wit the quirky sound effects lightening the mood over top. The verses were pretty solid lyric and flow-wise. Its cool to see a different side of these cats than "Slap Ya Engineer"

I love it when artists actually SAY something. The guys are very diverse. They really can go a lot of different directions.
