Kirko Bangz - That Pole
Artist: Kirko Bangz
Producer: J. Lacy
Album: None (Promo Single)
Label: LMG/Unauthorized Ent/Warner Bros.
You’ve gotta appreciate a women who stays on her hustle; even—especially—when she makes her money working That Pole. On his first Booth feature and latest promo single, Kirko Bangz pays tribute to a girl who’s a student by day, a churchgoer on Sundays, and a stripper after dark, flowing over the slow-rolling Southern production of J. Lacy. Though this joint isn’t attached to any forthcoming project, those digging it can hear more quality tunes on the Lone Star State spitter’s The Progression 2: A Young Texas Playa tape, available for download via the artist’s Bandcamp page.

This is pretty damn smooth and Kirko Bangz has some good Swagger on this joint. The beat bumps hard by J. Lacy. This is BANGER material. Good work.

This is somewhat ok...yeah, its smooth and the delivery isn't bad at all but the subject matter makes me wanna yawn! This artist is somewhere between Drake and Craig David...try sth more original dude! But this one at least has potential ;)

Can't call it Drake's style when Drake will tell you he borrowed that sound from Houston and Memphis. Sans autotune, I could've seen Z-Ro, Trae, Slim Thug, Keke, Wall, Ball & MJG or Bun doing that track. He needs to show more diversity to have a longer career, but he's hitting his target audience.
