Originally released as a single (but not featured) back in fall of 2011, Kirko Bangz’ Drank in My Cup has received the official remix treatment. On this version of the club-ready, Sound M.O.B.-produced cut, the Lone Star State emcee is joined on the guest tip by Playaz Circle co-founder 2 Chainz and Dipset affiliate Juelz Santana. (J. Cole‘s guest verse from an earlier remix was tossed, due to the artist’s inability to support the record.) Fans can find the original rendition of Drank and much more on Bangz’ Progression 2: A Young Texas Playa tape, released in January and available now for free digital download.

Another nice track by Kirko Bangz! 2-chainz ripped this and Juelz gave a nice effort too. Kirko may be the new rookie of the year... BANGER!

The fact that all three emcees sound the same on this record just goes to show the power of catchy production. Sound M.O.B. should get the credit here, but I am sure everyone will fall to their knees after replaying the 2 Chainz opening verse.

Yo YO Yo what"s up DJBooth!? havent commented here in forever. Just so you know DJ Z, I still listen to the songs on this site everyday since I began in mid 2007. I had to comment on this song because the original is so crazy and I have been waiting on a remix for a while now! The original is better, but 2 Chainz is really growing on me and he and Kirko put it down on the remix if you ask me!

This is an instant hit for all party goers. What more do you need than Kirko, 2Chainz, and Juelz Santana? Maybe a drink in your cup and you are all good. Overall I like this track. The addition of 2 Chainz really makes me like it even more.
