Kinky Notti’s name might suggest that this band is all about sex, but that’s far from reality. In fact, its members, which include lyricists Tshurhad Chivas and Havanah Maxie and singer Shae LaFunk, bring back some of that long-lost soul that the industry’s been missing. On their new single, Nasty Nasty, the trio does often burst out into profanity, but the majority of the song is spent flaunting its unique style of production and vocals. Classic rock drums and wailing guitars courtesy of Chivas, Maxie and producer Naim give the singers a hip-shaking sass over which to bash their exes. The Chicago group’s got more than enough attitude to top the charts, but will the audience take to their rock/blues influenced style? Find out when the group’s EP, Succumb, drops this fall.

hahaha if i would have to make an educated guess i would guess we wont be hearing from these guys anymore...the multiple cut ins from some 40's records aint making this any cuter...its hurting my ears

With the exception of the unneeded swearing, I like the throwback sound here. This would play great accompanying a motion picture; can't you see a chick waking up the next morning, having flashbacks to crazy evening out the night before? Okay, maybe I should lay off the cinematography this early, but yeah.... it could work.

Are yall crazy? This track is HOTTTTTT! Its fresh and original. Ain't nobody out there with this type of sound. You can't even compare this to any rappers, this is something different. I Love it!
