Jonathan Rivera, also known as King Phaze, may have been born in the rough and tumble Boogie Down, Bronx, but the 25-year-old Yonkers rookie has citywide connections. On Yonkers Anthem, Rivera links up with a few neighboring stars to celebrate the place he calls home. Featuring two-thirds of The Lox, as well as DMX, this street smash with a Linkin Park Collision Course edge courtesy of producer Divine Bars is a fitting tribute to the Y.O. In an attempt to give Phaze a major co-sign, however, the vets steal the show, particularly DMX, who wears his heart upon his sleeve as he mulls over his current legal issues. King Phaze’s first single proves him an up-and-coming talent with star potential.

Damn, DMX has time in between getting arrested to actually make music stil?!?! He came hard on here, good job by him as well as everyone else. Unfortunately all 3 guests outshined King Phaze, but still a solid street record that bangs hard.

I liked the beat a lot! Everyone killed this. DMX snapped, but he sounds a little more high pitched...interesting. Four stars banger though!

when i heard the guitar rifs in the beginning i thought they might be too hardcore for this song but boy was i wrong...production is illy...i wonder if this shit would be as hot if sheek,style and DMX werent on this...id like to hear more from Phaze to see how good he really is

LOL, I agree with everyone who is wondering how X has the time to spit solid bars, in between the times he doesn't spend locked up behind bars.
... the arrests are a damn shame too; twice they f*cked up the chance to get X inside the Booth for an interview.

Another banger, catchy, energetic and crazy...I'm sure this will be a hit for the clubs! I sometimes get annoyed by the rappin as I would have liked to hear them sing at least in the hook, but it's ok
