After writing songs for renowned recording artists such as Mary J. Blige, Ciara, and Kelly Rowland, R&B singer Keri Hilson got her first big break appearing on Timbaland‘s club hit, The Way I Are, and then Rich Boy’s Good Things. Now, she is ready to establish her own place in the music industry. In the song titled, Headsprung, Hilson collaborates with J.T. to provide a remake of LL Cool J‘s single of the same name. Hoping to give it her own unique style, the Timbaland produced track is sure to gain some attention on the dance charts. Hilson’s debut album, In A Perfect World, is scheduled to be released next year.

Isn't she A LOT late remixing Headsprung? I'm glad she didn't write this for Mary J or Ciara. lol! Justin T sounds like a woman. lol. This track is a spoof! I can picture Saturday Night Live, or Mad TV doing a funny skit to this.

Keri Hilson and Justin Timberlake are both great, but this just isn't a good beat for them. It was better when LL was on it. Parts of it are ok, but it feels like they're tryin too hard, especially JT.
The Original is FIRE!!!!!!! Tim is THE BEST BEAT PRODUCER KNOWN TO MANKIND! This remix is a lil different but the beat is so tight it will grow on me more. Headsprung with LL is still to this day My favorite song. For the real beatnuts out there, listen to the complexity of this song on the instrumental and see perection at work HOLLA!
