Originally released to Billboard-smashing success back in September, Ke$ha‘s latest single has received the official remix treatment, with the help of a few prominent hip-hoppers who share her taste for fast living. On this version of Die Young, Taylor Gang labelmates Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J. jump aboard to deliver hedonistic guest 16s over Dr. Luke, Cirkut and Benny Blanco‘s dancefloor-scorching production. Teenage pop buzzmaker Becky G. rounds out the lineup, showcasing the engaging rhyme style that earned her a spot on Justin Bieber‘s Believe tour. I actually kind of liked this. In the original only the chorus appealed to me. Nice mix with the rapping on this. Everyone sounded at home on this.

Gonna be hearing this everywhere over the course of the next couple of months, guaranteed. I liked the additional verses that went into the track and Ke$ha in general is just very good at making these cathy tracks.

The original is kind of catchy but I've been hearing it everywhere so I've already grown tired of it. Juicy J's part was pretty good and Wiz Khalifa wasn't half bad. 3/5
