There’s nothing I could write to make Booth regulars more hyped than they already are, so I’ll come right out and say it: Manic Monday #52 is here! 10 Minutes, the final entry in K. Sparks’ online series-to-end-all-online series, finds the Queens emcee taking a well-earned victory lap or four, incorporating the titles of each and every MM record into his rhymes as he blazes beats by frequent collaborators THX, Pajozo, Kurser, and T-Mos. Broken up with skits chronicling the artist and engineer Big Drew‘s mad rush to the studio, this behemoth of a cut is unwieldy in concept, but, as usual, Sparks succeeds where other emcees would fail. Packed with clever lyricism and spectacular production (Kurser’s portion, which I’m fairly certain was sampled from Tommy James’ Crimson & Clover, is a standout), 10M is both a fitting cap-off to an epic 52-week run and one of the few ten-minute-plus tracks I’d consider putting on repeat. The Manic Mondays era’s come to an end, but don’t get too misty-eyed; with a 248-track backlog and a studio album in the works, K. Sparks is destined to be a Booth mainstay for a long time to come.

Epic ending to a great series. K. Sparks is the truth and I enjoyed every one of the 52 songs. Great concept and it doesnt get better than listening to 10 minutes of pure lyrics from K. Sparks and the beat selection is good as well! Love it!!!

Love K. Sparks music, and this is a great ending or shall I say great beginning to a bright future. I heard most of the Manic Mondays in order too, dictionary, needs vs wants, definition, never, hip hop president, rewind, nostalgic, hiphop, spittaz, and etc etc love it baby!

LOL! K.Sparks had a dope series! I can't wait until his album drops. This track was like the last scene of a really dope movie. "N***** pulling us over, battling and sh**!" LOL! That ending T-Mos beat was dope. Good sign-off! |

This should get 5 star ratings from EVERYONE on the booth for the hard work and dedication Sparks has showed over the past 52 weeks, Best series I've ever heard and it will most DEFINITELY be one of the best memories of the Booth.

That intro was perfect for this. Very nice wrap up for the series. He's been so creative and he kills all the beats on here. The series is over but I am sure I'm gonna hear so much more from this guy. He has the talent to be a big time artist.

Well, with a year of songs from K. Sparks, i never fell on the bandwagon. There's been 2, 3 songs tops ive liked from him. But yeah. I wanna thank him fer droppin a 52 week series on the booth, and leaving a lasting impression on many of the boothers lol.

I loved the skits and the beats especially the one produced by T-Mos. K. Sparks kills it and his Manic Mondays Series (arguably the best online hip-hop music series ever) has come to a nice close. CLASSIC!

Ok, This people is what Hip-Hop is built on, getting to the studio. lol Love the concept and any devoted K Sparks fan should know the history of Stuffy Sammie. His combination of wordplay, flow, lyricism, metaphors, and topic coverage, astounds me. He seems to perfectly put these all together to make amazing music every single time. Along with this his features are almost all flawless. Sparks touched on a variety of subjects throughout the Series, mixing social commentary with braggadocio and reflections on hip hop music and culture, and none of it sounds forced. Throughout the Series you will notice that K.Sparks does not stick to one style and that works to his advantage. He is confident enough in his talent that he is free to be himself and he takes you for a stylistic ride with him as he glides from jazzy laid-back vibes to super fast-paced flow which helps him outdo and outwit any beat to hard hitting lyricism on state of hip-hop that would make Krs-One proud. The versatility on this Series is what separates it from the rest and showcases K.Sparks' over abundance of skills. I have heard many artists try to reach in to many directions and not succeed at anything. It will be interesting to see how K.Sparks grows as an artist from here and something tells me this was merely a springboard to strengthen his style enough to reach commercial success.
