In an age of copy and paste artists, it’s rare that we truly get something different. Well, then I guess we can call K-Young a rarity. On his new single, Knotts in My Pocket, the smooth singer, who holds the distinction of being the only vocalist to take part in our vaunted Freestyle Series, grabs a kinetic beat from Prime to let a special lady know that his jeans are sagging because they’re being weighed down by racks (on racks, on racks, on racks). K-Young has a pretty cool voice... It has a different type sound to it. This is a playful track with a quick beat that makes you move... This is a cool R&B joint...

Enjoyable in the moment, but very little replay value. K's best quality - his unique vocal/sound - is what takes all of his tracks to a notch above average. The production, however, is blasé and sounds outtdated.
