In the last year or so, it seems like K. Sparks has been on a mission to score guest features from every Booth-acclaimed emcee in the East (and quite a few elsewhere). Needless to say, the Queens native’s collaborations with fellow reader favorites have been consistently dope – and this latest track, making its world premiere in the Booth, is no exception. Here, Sparks and an equally talented neighbor, Rockaway phenom Beyond Belief, join forces to pay tribute to the borough they both call home. Over frequent collaborator T-Mos’ soulful, sampled mix of strings and brass, the collaborators deliver scorching verses focused on local color, but packed with more than enough polysyllabically-rhymed wordplay and blistering flows to entertain those who have never set foot on their home turf. With two emcees of Sparks’ and Bobby J.‘s caliber serving up bars this fresh, is it possible to settle on a favorite? I’ll leave that for you to decide. In any case, the headliner’s many devotees in the Booth will want to keep it locked for release details on his and T-Mos’ forthcoming Social Studies EP – which has yet to receive a release date – as well as, of course, all the latest tunes.

Can I just say (or type) how personally responsible I feel for a dynamic collabo like this? Am I going to take any or all of the credit? No. But do I smile ear-to-ear when listening to two of our favorite Booth-sons make dope music? Yes.

if beyond belief & k sparks aren't signed within the year we should give up all hope in major labels (if we haven't already)

Really feels like Sparks and Beyond Belief pushed each other in the Booth on this one. I didn't think anyone could top Sparks after that first verse, but then the second was sick too. We'll call it a dope draw.

I usually don't like the beats Sparks spits over but this beat is RIDICULOUS!!
Beyond belief killed that second verse!!
K.Sparks has the lyrical wordplay down but DAM his flow sounds the same!! Change up the flow and its a classic but its a banger!!

Sparks needs to enunciate better. I understand all Twista's stuff, but I'm still not sure what Sparks said when he sped things up. Honestly, I'm just looking for something to critique. Great work by K. Sparks and T Mos. Beyond Belief didn't disappoint.

Now this is DOPE. Seems like anything from K.Sparks recently has been on point. This joint gave me an ol'school feel, and his lyrics..."I can spit a wack verse..and still leave you traumatized"...Dope!!!
