Way back in August of 2010, k-os introduced himself to our pages with a joint expressing his unshakeable confidence that God would steer him in the right direction. One year later? Still keepin’ the Faith. On Part 2 of the Anchorman mixtape inclusion, the Toronto representative lets listeners know that absolutely nothing’s changed. Over J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League‘s soulfully laid-back sample work, a holdover from the record’s predecessor, the artist showcases his new and improved flows as he looks back on his time in the game, even finding a moment to administer a miniature pop music history lesson: “Here’s a secret, lemme tell ‘em: we’re the ones who really started rock ‘n’ roll / Jimi Hendrix, Little Richard, platform shoes and an afro comb…” T-Dot neighbor Drake reprises his role on the guest tip, delivering a brand new opening 16 that drips with steely determination. Complete with k-os’ own impressive hook vocals, this record isn’t attached to any forthcoming project, but those who like what they’re hearing can keep it locked for all the latest from the North-of-the-Border phenom.

Sounds like a slight change in beat so only different verses which is cool but I think a bigger change in beat would of made it a classic.
Drakes verse was good but the original verse was better IMO. |

I expected this to be better than what it was. Nice beat, decent flow by Drake on it, but overall I can only give 3-stars max... A good radio joint.
