The stresses of the artist’s life are enough to drive a sane man mad—especially if you’re trying to feed a family while hustling your way to success in the music game. On K-Boy‘s latest mixtape leak, the South Central rhymesayer vents his frustration with the long hours, uncertainty and paranoia that are part and parcel of his grind. In addition to contributing a pensive, piano-led beat, Khan assists on the guest tip, stepping out from behind the boards to deliver an emotionally-charged chorus. This sounds pretty average and pretty basic in all aspects. The beat by Khan is acceptable, but its not fire. Same for K-Boy's flow and the track overall. Singing chorus was the best part. It's OK.
