Because of the (relatively) immense critical acclaim and heavy local sales of his Booth-promoted, Don Cannon-hosted street album, Position of Power, Juice has decided to get his multi-plat artist on and go for a re-release. On April 28, the Special Edition will be arriving in stores and online, featuring all of the acclaimed original tracks along with a few new bonuses. One of these bonus tracks, making its world premiere right here at DJBooth.net, is this remix of Everybody Know Me. The Co-Op‘s beat is retained, but this time around Ricco Barrino contributes background vocals to P-Thoro‘s hook. After Juice’s brand new opening verse, Dele D takes his turn on the mic; Grand Hustle‘s Alfamega and CTE‘s Roccett complete the remix with new verses on the back end. As we did leading up to the mixtape’s original release, we at DJBooth.net plan to bring readers all the details on Position of Power [Special Edition] as they surface.

This was tight. I was feelin' the vibe of this track. All of the artists had good appearances and the beat was cool. 3.5

This is EXACTLY what it is = a solid mixtape record. Mega, Roccett and Juice are all artists to look out for in the years to come; they control their own destiny, lets see if they can make it happen.
Sidenote: Rico has a real bright future. Let's hope Grand Hustle knows how to work an R&B artist.

He has a really similar voice 2 the Game, wit the pitch and raspiness, so its no wonder he's on his record label. It's funny how that happens, CEO's (jayz, Diddy, The Game) choose artists wit similar vocals to themselves, I guess its cuz its the same type of style.
Anyway this track was rotation worthy. Nice street-worthy production wit a bunch of street worthy verses. I really like Juice's flow/style on the track and the rest of the features were pretty tight. |

The dark production is pretty hot and all these artists sound pretty solid! The hook is good this is a nice track

I would go as far as to say that this deserves a 3.5...pretty impressive work considering they're all non-major players / relative newcomers...they all come pretty hard and there's no-one who really steals the show, but there also isn't anyone who ruins it either.
Tight production - hard and street, sounds good to me. Rico's background vocals fit in very well but they also reminded me of the kind of vocals and "sing-talking" in the background that sisqo used to drop on tracks like DMX's "what these b*tches want." And that's not necessarily a bad thing...nice cut. |

His name is juice? Lol. I'm feelin this though. The production is smooth. Definitely far from my favorite track so far in the '09, though. The flow isn't anywhere near extraordinary, although it isn't bad either. It's definitely a banger. But not near Classic status.

I expected better. I expected this song to be a banger, but it wasn't to me. The production is amazing but I found them too noisy, I heard too much confusion among these voices...I didn't like this, it's what ruined the song a lil in my opinion! it's a solid track, but could be better! As I went on listening I got bored. In rotation
